  • After browsing our GALLERY and deciding on your preferred color, pattern, or theme, you can fill out and print the online ORDER FORM

  • If you're local, you can choose to drop off your project at our shop, which is open Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM. Should you need to drop off your project outside of these hours, simply call or text us at 586-335-1649 to arrange an appointment, or contact us HERE

  • If you prefer to ship your project, make sure to pack it securely along with your printed order form, please refer to the shipping instructions provided at the bottom of this page for more details.

  • Once we receive your project, our team will will reach out if we have any questions about your order. If everything is clear, we’ll dive right into creating your masterpiece and bringing your vision to life! We know you are excited about the progress of your order, but please try to refrain from calling or emailing for status updates while still within the 3-4 week lead time, the more time we spend responding the less time we have to work on your projects!

  • As soon as your project is finished, we will contact you to finalize payment we will either call you to take credit card payment over the phone or send you a payable online invoice depending on which option you choose on the order form.

  • On the same day you complete the payment, you’ll receive tracking information for your returned project, allowing you to track it's journey home to you!. Once your package arrives, take a minute to appreciate the work, share it with your friends, and don’t forget to let them know where you had it done!

  • Lead times on projects can depend on many factors. Most jobs, with the exception of custom themes and intricate designs will be completed within 3-4 weeks of receiving the item. Extremely custom theme builds will most likely take longer – we pride ourselves on creating quality, one of a kind works of art! This craftsmanship cannot be rushed! We will do our best to keep you in the loop throughout the process

No project is to big or small! You can ship it to us and we'll ship it back upon completion!

SHIPPING FIREARMS

Blowndeadline has an 07 Manufacturer Federal Firearms License (FFL) so we're able to accept firearms and NFA items from anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. No FFL is needed on your end as long as you are the legal owner of the firearm or there are only non-firearm items in the package as described by the ATF.

It is required by law that a person that does not possess a valid FFL, must ship handguns by 2nd day air with a contract carrier (UPS, FEDEX, etc.). Long guns can be shipped with ground service by the USPS or a contract carrier. Please note, it is your responsibility to comply with all federal and state firearm laws and shipping company policies.

We are required to ship your completed project back to either the address listed on your ID (this should be the same address you list on the "from" section of your shipping label) or an FFL holder from a shop of your choosing.

  • Make sure you remember to fill out the ORDER FORM, print it and include it with your project.

  • Include a copy of your photo ID or FFL in the package you are sending.

Additional Important Information.

  • Return Shipping - We are required to ship the completed project back to either the address listed on your ID (this should be the same address you list on the "from" section of your shipping label) or an FFL holder.

  • Shipping Costs - You (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Shipping Insurance - Any shipping insurance must be requested and paid for by the customer.

  • Shipping Carrier - While a specific mail carrier is not required, we recommend the United Parcel Service (UPS).

  • Payment - Upon completion of the project, we will either send you an online invoice to pay online or call you to take credit card information over the phone. If you prefer to pay by check, you must include the check and a prepaid shipping label in your package.
